Cammy joined Capital Access Shanghai in 2015 as Senior Consultant. Prior to joining the firm, she spent five years working as Senior Human Resources Manager for China Universal Asset Management, a top 10 asset management company in China, responsible for recruiting for the company at group level (including its three subsidiaries). Prior to that, she worked for three years at Executive Access, the largest search firm in Asia, focusing on executive search in the banking and finance industry. Cammy started her career at HSBC and Citibank, spending a total of three years working in their IT and operations departments. 

Born in Shanghai, Cammy received a Bachelor of Management Information Systems from Jinan University. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, Shanghainese and Cantonese.
